A CONCERT IN GRATITUDE

Northport’s own Steven Leonard Messina, founding member of the critically acclaimed art-rock band Blow Up Hollywood, reunites with longtime friend and former bandmate Dave Eggar, the four-time Grammy-nominated cellist whose remarkable career has included collaborations with artists ranging from Yo-Yo Ma and Andrea Bocelli to Coldplay, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and The Who.

Together again on stage, Messina and Eggar are joined by former bandmates Thad DeBrock and Nik Chinboukas for a one-of-a-kind evening of remarkable musicianship, inspired collaborations, and unexpected musical moments.

But A Concert in Gratitude is about more than the music. Created by Messina through his volunteer work with the St. Frances Cabrini Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, the concert helps provide support to neighbors facing unexpected hardships.
